1. The Office of the Organizing Committee and the Conference Duty Room are located at No.6 Building of Xiamen City Hotel.
2. Credential Team, Certificate Releasing Center, Project Team, Exhibition Affairs Team and the Liaison Department are located on the B1/F of Exhibition Hall C, Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center (XICEC).
3. Investment & Trade Department, Logistics Committee, Public Security Command Center, Customs and Quarantine & Inspection Institutes have their offices located on the 2nd Floor of XICEC.
4. The Conference Team is on the 3rd Floor of XICEC; The Press Center can be found on the 4th Floor of XICEC (office at XICEC).
5. There are inquiry counters at the entrance of each exhibition hall at XICEC.
