Every 9 square meters will be granted 4 Exhibitor Passes, which should be applied for via internet before Aug. 20th (www.chinafair.org.cn, --Exhibitor-- exhibitor pass--submit application) |

Personnel involved in booth setup & dismantling (standard booth reservers, who will decorate the booth by themselves, needn¡¯t apply for this pass) |

In case the pass is needed, a deposit of RMB50 is required for each Pass. Booth Confirmation Letter or Authorization Paper for Booth Setup issued by the exhibitor is required. |
Note: Digital photos must be in JPG format, with a compression quality of 8, a resolution of over 110 pixels/cm and a size of 15KB¡Á30KB.
2. Pass claiming
In order to get the passes applied for, exhibitors shall check in at the ¡°Exhibitor Check-in Counter¡±, the Guest Registration Center (on the B1/F of Exhibition Hall C) at XICEC during 8:30-17:00, Sept. 4th to 6th , and 8:30-12:00 on Sep. 7th. Please present the Booth Confirmation Letter and a copy of the booth rental payment proof when checking in.
Exhibitors who reserved the bare floor and will have the booth constructed are kindly requested to summit the Booth Design and Construction Program (including the effect drawing, engineer drawing, fire material descriptions, etc) to the Organizing Committee before August 15th. Booth Setup & Dismantling Pass can only be applied after the booth construction program is verified.
After booth dismantling, please go to Service Counter at Each Exhibition Hall to get back the deposit by presenting the Booth Setup & Dismantling Pass and Deposit Receipt
