FAQ on Holding Seminars
1. How to bring your seminars into CIFIT?
Organizations which intend to hold seminars in CIFIT should firstly apply to the Conference Team of CIFIT Organizing Committee and provide a working scheme of the specific seminar. After being approved by Operations Department of CIFIT Organizing Committee, the seminar will be legitimized as an official event in CIFIT.

2. Are there any preferential policies for CIFIT seminar organizers?
(1) CIFIT members, foreign government agencies and official investment promotion agencies can enjoy a preferential venue charge of 50% discount in Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center.
(2) The organization, which has booked more than one CIFIT booth, can rent a conference venue in Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center by half market price.
(3) Following facilities will be provided to each conference room without extra charge:
Desks and chairs
Acoustic equipment
2 microphones
1 wireless microphone
1 speech desk
Pencils, paper and water
3. How to get further information of a forum?
All the contact persons of CIFIT forum organizers will be updated on our website; you can directly contact them for more information on each forum.
4. What’s the address of Conference Team of CIFIT Organizing Committee?
We normally work at Room 810, Bldg.Zhenye,No.108, North Hubin Rd, Xiamen, China. And we will move our office to 307#, 308# conference room in Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center during every Sept.3-11.
