A ceremony was held on October 30 to honor the 22 outstanding volunteers who had been selected from the 430 volunteers at the 13th CIFIT. Li Liuquan, Vice Director of the Operations Department of the CIFIT Organizing Committee and China (Xiamen) International Investment Promotion Center presented credentials to these honored volunteers.

They came from Xiamen University, Jimei University, the Xiamen University of Technology, Xiamen Tourism School, the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and the University of International Relations.

For the 13th CIFIT, 430 volunteers were selected from thousands of applicants from all higher-learning institutions in Xiamen. They were trained by experienced trainers and developed their practical skills. They contributed significantly to the success of the 13th CIFIT and won the praises of CIFIT visitors.

At the ceremony, Mr. Li Liuquan expressed hopes that these outstanding volunteers would continue to provide voluntary services for next year’s CIFIT, and that more outstanding young people would offer their services for next year’s CIFIT.
