A five-member delegation from the CIFIT Organizing Committee, headed by Huang Heming, Vice Director of the Operating Department of the CIFIT Organizing Committee and Director of China (Xiamen) International Investment Promotion Center, participated in the fourth MIPIM Asia, the international property market for the Asia Pacific region.

The MIPIM Asia attracted more than 1,500 professionals, including senior realty managers, property developers, insurer representatives, and property investment trust fund managers. Dignitaries attended the event included Professor Fan Gang, President of the China National Economic Research Institute; John Tsang, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; C.Y. Leung is Chairman of DTZ Asia Pacific; Lisa Scaffidi, Mayor of Beth, Australia; and Jason Hu, Mayor of Taichung, Taiwan.

During the three-day event, the CIFIT delegation promoted CIFIT among delegates from around the world and invited them to take part in CIFIT in Xiamen. Many of the delegates expressed interest in participating in CIFIT in Xiamen next year. During their stay in Hong Kong, the CIFIT delegation also explored opportunities to forge partnerships with comparable fairs, laying a solid foundation for the property events of the 14th CIFIT.
