Chinese administrations of industry and commerce will officially accept the registration application of foreign-invested partnership enterprises as of March 1. For the purpose of accurately, normally and efficiently perform the administrative functions of the registration of foreign-invested partnership enterprises, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce was determined to build the data base of foreign-invested partnership enterprises.

It was known by the reporter from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce that corresponding data bases will be set up across China based on their own actual situations except that the Administration is responsible to set up the data base of foreign-invested partnership enterprises.
