According to the statistics data released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on July 26, the revenues from software business accumulated to RMB604.8b in China in the first half of the year, up 29.1% year-on-year, with the growth rate up 6.4% over the same period of last year.

By region, the revenues from software business in the eastern area rebounded fast and amounted to RMB529.3b, accounting for 87.5% of the total revenues, up 29.7% year-on-year.

In addition, the export amount of software reached USD10.33b in China in the first half of the year, up 22.7% year-on-year.
