The On-line CIFIT is in full swing since the test run was started on July 8th. By July 26th, 32 CIFIT member units and other organizations such as the China Association of Development Zones, the China Association of Poverty Alleviation & Development, KPMG etc. have launched their on-line 3D exhibition booths, and 234 subordinate units are proactively offering exhibition information and participating in this virtual fair.

With another round of training tour going on in China, the innovative ideas and virtual exhibition model of the On-line CIFIT are receiving more and more attention and positive response from CIFIT members and their subordinate units, who attach great importance to this virtual fair and actively encourage their subordinate units to launch 3D booths. At present, 32 CIFIT members have launched on-line booths, except 6 from Tianjin, Chongqing, Gansu, Guangdong and Shenzhen, whose exhibition proposals are being revised and whose 3D booths will be staged soon. 234 subordinate units of CIFIT members from Liaoning, Jiangsu, Hebei, Henan and other provinces have registered for exhibition. The number of local exhibitors is on the rise. 107 3D booths have been approved to be staged, and the registration of other applicants is going on in an orderly manner.

The On-line CIFIT under test run offers such services as "exhibition halls", "project candidates", "on-line road shows", "project match-making" etc. More client-oriented and exhibitor-friendly functions will come into service successively before the On-line CIFIT is officially launched on September 8th. At present, as long as you log on to http://www.cifit.cn/zh/index.html, you can get access to information about potential investment projects, consultation about laws and regulations and acquaintance with relevant policies. By July 26th, there had been items of over 3,500 domestic project candidates and over 600 overseas project candidates under categories of segmented sectors and regions on the platform.

It is predictable that with the launch of more and more 3D exhibition booths and the successive appearance of provincial, municipal and county-level investment promotion agencies, the On-line CIFIT will definitely become the largest and the most influential investment promotion platform in the field.
