The Taiwan Land Development Corporation (TLDC), the largest holder of land reserves in Taiwan, will be represented at the second China International Property Fair, which will be held to coincide with the 14th CIFIT. TLDC Chairman Fu-sheng Chiu, who is also a member of the Central Committee of Kuomintang, will unveil four or five projects worth more than RMB 8 billion yuan at the fair.
The 2nd China Property Fair will feature a Taiwan exhibition area of 400 square meters, the largest for a single region. In addition to TLDC, Kee Tai, Rishengsheng and other Taiwan property developers will showcase sizable land development projects at the fair.
TLDC’s projects will involve office towers, residential blocks, and restaurants. The company plans to build a creative culture park in Hualien and will seek potential investors at the fair for the project.
The 2nd China Property Fair is due to open on September 8 at Halls F and G in Building 2 of Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center. It will have an exhibition space of more than 6,000 square meters, double the size last year.
To date, property developers in more than 10 countries and regions, including the United States, Caribbean, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao, as well as over 30 Chinese cities, will unveil more than 1,000 land projects at the fair. Globally renowned architectural firm Atkins, which designed the sail-shaped BurjAl-Arab Hotel, will be featured at the fair as well.
The organizers of the World Property Forum for Chinese Entrepreneurs will, in collaboration with economists, architectural experts, city operation experts and media organizations, evaluated a number of property developers for the China Property Golden Awards.
