Annual Report on Industrial Competitiveness of China (2010) Issued

The Chinese Academy of Social Science issued the Annual Report on Industrial Competitiveness of China (2010) on August 22 in Beijing, stating that the international competitiveness of the manufactured goods of China has been strong all the way while that of primary products is being weakened and in the transition period of industrial competitive advantages, thus facing the risk of lacking competitive advantage.


The Annual Report pointed out that in the first three years of the “11th Five-Year Plan”, the industrial competitiveness of China is in general on the rise. In terms of type of competitiveness, the international competitiveness of industrial products has been strong all the way while that of primary products is being weakened.
