"Going Global" events at the forthcoming 14th CIFIT are set to catch more eyes. On September 9 and 10, 16 countries and regions, including Argentina, Thailand and Germany, will host briefings on investment climates and projects.
 
These countries and regions will focus on promoting projects relating to infrastructure, green agriculture, mining, tourism, alternative energy, machinery building, information, environmental protection, and biotechnology.
 
The project matchmaking symposia at this year's CIFIT will highlight the theme of "Going Global". So far, investment promotion agencies in about 60 countries and regions, including Mexico, Finland and the Netherlands, have confirmed their intention to participate in the symposia, where nearly 700 competitive Chinese enterprises will be featured.
