It was learned from the press briefing held by Organizing Committee of the 14th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) on August 23 that by now there were 493 delegations from 106 countries and regions registering and participating in the Fair. It was expected that the number of foreign countries and regions this year would exceed 130 and the number of foreign investors would be more than 600, which might break the record.

The 14th CIFIT sets up 3,214 international standard booths in total, increasing 400 compared with last year, and as well as 11 exhibition sections. The 6th Straits Travel Fair, the 2nd China International Fair for Investment in Property and 2010 China International Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection & New Energy Exhibition will be held during the same period.
