During the 14th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT), Taiwan will set up an exhibition booth at the 2nd China International Fair for Investment in Property (CIFIP). Lien Chan, Chairman Emeritus of the Kuomintang, will attend the fair during the CIFIT.
Mr. Li Liuquan, Deputy Director of Xiamen Council for Promotion of CIFIT, said that real estate investors from Taiwan will bring investment projects involving RMB 8 billion.
According to the CIFIT organizing committee, Taiwan Land Development Corporation will lead a delegation consisted of Taiwan’s real estate developers and related enterprises to attend the 2nd CIFIP. The exhibition area of Taiwan Land Development Corporation will cover more than 400 square metres, the largest in the fair.
Currently, preparations for the real estate fair are underway. The entire exhibition area will surpass 6,000 square metres, nearly double the area of 2009. During the fair, the Taiwanese real estate developers will mainly promote the large-scale projects in Taichung, Hualien and Kinmen.
A related principal revealed that both sides of the Taiwan Strait will go further in ways of cooperation between real estate investors and investees at the fair.
