The national promotional training tour for the On-line CIFIT (China International Fair for Investment & Trade) was concluded with the last stop—the Department of Commerce of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on August 20th. By then, the one-month promotional training tour had come to a successful end. It is said that this is the last national operational training before the On-line CIFIT is officially put into operation.
An In-depth Professional Training
Since the trial operation of the On-line CIFIT on July 8th, its 3D booths have been receiving keen welcome and close attention from CIFIT's members and their subordinates, who have successively launched their respective on-line booths. This promotional training tour is aimed at supporting the launch of on-line booths, familiarizing exhibitors with the functions of the On-line CIFIT, equipping them with operational skills such as background operation and management, platform operation and promotion etc. to maximize the functions and effects of this virtual fair. The training tour, which lasted from July 23rd to August 20th, successively covered 29 Chinese provinces and municipalities such as Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangxi, Ningxia etc. according to the application order. With a wide coverage, the tour provided detailed and in-depth training on the following four aspects:
1. the functions, significance and other general aspects of the On-line CIFIT;
2. background operation and management of 3D booths;
3. operation and promotion of 3D booths;
4. the launch of 3D booths and Q&A.
Effective Training; Enthusiastic Participation
Backed up by the Investment Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Commerce, the training tour was enthusiastically received and greatly supported by CIFIT's members. In order to facilitate the On-line CIFIT, the Investment Promotion Agency issued theLetter on Utilizing the On-line CIFITto provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and designated cities concerned to urge them to make full use of the upcoming On-line CIFIT. At the same time, CIFIT's members proactively called on and organized their subordinates to attend the training. It is reported that participants, organizations and individuals, outnumbered expectation, and this is the largest training since the trial operation of the On-line CIFIT. Moreover, thanks to the promotional training tour, the On-line CIFIT has been experiencing enthusiastic participation and application. It is learned that by August 23rd, 37 members, except Guangdong Province, had all launched their 3D booths, and 868 units had applied for on-line booths, of which 657 had successfully put their on-line booths into operation. At present, a large number of units are filing applications every day.
The training tour extensively promoted the advanced ideas and brand-new business invitation model of the On-line CIFIT throughout China, which greatly inspired local organizations to take part in this virtual exhibition. It removed barriers and laid a solid foundation for the launch of the On-line CIFIT through deepening exhibitors' understanding of the platform and sharpening their operational skills.
