Q1: After the receipt of the invitation letter, what shall I do next if I want to participate in the fair?
A: For the next step you have to register online and submit relevant information. For details please refer to Q2.

Q2: I want to participate in the fair and what shall I do for registration?
A: Visitors' registration shall all be carried out online. For registration, above all please log on to the website at http://www.chinafair.org.cn and after accessing the homepage, please find the column of ¡°Online Registration¡± on the left side of the page and click ¡°For Visitors¡±, then you can access the registration page. Please fill in relevant information according to directions and after submitting your photo, click the button ¡°submit¡± to complete online registration. We will check the information you submit and will send you a letter of confirmation upon approval.

Q3: what else shall I do after the receipt of the letter of confirmation?
A: The letter of confirmation you received has a fixed number. Please enroll in the Registration Center of Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Centre from September 6th, to September 11th. In order to simplify the registration procedures, please provide the number of the confirmation mail, your business card and ID certification while your enrollment.

Q4: What if photo submission fails?
A: Failed photo submission is generally due to inappropriate photo format or size. The photo for the registration system must be a personal 1-inch color photo recently taken for certificate use (the photo must be in JPG format, the compression quality is 8 £¬ 2.5cm ¡Á 3.6cm £¬ the resolution must be above 100 pixels/cm and the file size is 15K~50K).
Q5: Could you please recommend the deadline of online registration?
A: You should submit you profile before 6:00pm, Sept. 3rd. |
