| The Agri-Tourism Project aims to receive inflows of international investment, lines of credit and aid with the objective to achieve occupancy of 30 000 visitors per annum and an agricultural production programme of 5000 hectares twice per year. For the immediate term the project focus is word of mouth Tourism marketing and an intense Produce procurement and collection service, with prospects to use profits to recapitalize operations and achieve volume stability.
The Agri-Tourism Project aims to establish Hand Made Plant Papers made specifically from agri-fibre from crops such as banana, wattle, barks, grass, river reeds, and other agri-waste fibrous materials. Beneficiaries extend from beyond those in the paper making to the entire community. This will be a huge tourist attraction resulting in significant economic benefits for the Hospitality Industry. |
