Every 9 square meters will be granted 4 Exhibitor Passes, which should be applied for via internet before Aug. 20th (online access : www.chinafair.org.cn, —Exhibitors—exhibitors’ pass--submit application)

Visitor Pass

 

Digital photo and personal information  of its bearer is required

Sept. 8th ~ 11th

Visitor Pass (invalid for the Property Investment Fair): Apply online before 05/09 Online access : www.chinafair.org.cn, —Visitors—Pass Application

 

Apply your pass at Visitor Registration Center.

Property Investment Fair Pass: RMB2000.00

Booth Setup & Dismantling Pass

Neither photo nor personal information of its bearer is required

Personnel involved in booth setup & dismantling ( exhibitors who order standard booth and will decorate the booth by themselves, needn’t apply for this pass)

Sept. 1st ~ 7th
Sept. 11th 17:00 ~ 12th.

Apply your pass at Official Service Provider with your Booth Setup Program.

Note: Digital photos must be in JPG format, with a compression quality of 8, a resolution of over 110 pixels/cm and a size of less than 50KB.

2. Pass Claiming
  1. Exhibitors shall check in at the “Exhibitor Check-in Counter” at the Guest Registration Center (on the West-wing Foyer of Exhibition Hall L, Building II) at XICEC during 8:30-17:00, Sept. 4 th to 6th. Please present the Booth Confirmation Letter and a copy of the booth rental payment proof when checking in.
  2. Exhibitors who ordered the raw space and will have the booth constructed are kindly requested to submit the Booth Design and Construction Program (including the design sketch, engineering drawing, illustration for materials to be used and fire protection, etc) to Official Service Provider before August 15th. Booth Setup & Dismantling Pass can only be issued after the booth construction program is verified and the deposit is paid. After booth dismantling, please go to Service Counter of Official Service Provider to refund the deposit by presenting the Booth Setup & Dismantling Pass and Deposit Receipt.
