According to the Investment and Trade Departmen of the CIFIT Organizing Committee, as of noon of September 10, trade delegations to the 12th CIFIT have signed agreements on 659 inward investment projects, involving a total investment of USD 12.752 billion, with USD 11.132 billion of foreign capital. Of these projects, 456 are contracted projects involving a total investment of USD 7.996 billion, with USD 7.13 billion of foreign capital. As many as 204 of the these projects involve an investment of more than USD 10 million.
Also according to the Investment and Trade Departmen of the CIFIT Organizing Committee, as of noon of September 10, a cumulative total of USD 27.53 million worth of trade deals were made, including exports worth USD 16.61 million and imports worth USD 10.92 million.
The trade deals include USD 13.20 million worth of exports of mechanical and electronic product and USD 9.12 million worth of imports; USD 1.35 million worths of exports of hardware and minerals; USD 10.6 million worth of exports of light industry products; and USD 1 million worth of exports of textile products.
The imports and exports mainly go to the following six regions: the EU market, with exports worth USD 9.8 million and imports worth USD 0.5 million; Hong Kong and Macao, with exports worth USD 5.75 million; Taiwan, with exports worth USD 10.6 million and imports of 6.9 USD million; the ASEAN, with imports worth USD 1.72 million; the US and Canada, with imports of 1.2 million; and Japan and South Korea, with imports worth USD 0.6 million. |
