The CIFIT Organizing Committee recently held a work conference to discuss the operating plan for the 14th CIFIT.
The 14th CIFIT will continue to showcase high-end projects and enhance its exhibition standard in order to build the world’s premier platform for investment promotion and exhibition.
The 14th CIFIT will have four changes:
1. A sharper focus on the industrial and regional characteristics of investment projects showcased at the fair, attraction of more big-name companies, and a greater number of “Enterprise Day” events by renowned multinationals.
2. Improved exhibition services. The Organizing Committee will take inventory of its experiences, draw upon the practices of other successful fairs, and consider the comments and suggestions made by delegates; it will also formulate and implement a comprehensive range of exhibition service measures within the shortest time possible.
3. New measures for exhibition management. Greater guidance will be provided for exhibition solicitation agents, the qualifications and exhibitions of prospective exhibitors will be subject to closer scrutiny, and exhibition entry threshold and staging standards will be raised.
4. Enhanced practical results for exhibitors. The combination and interaction of exhibition, negotiation and convention will be further intensified; exhibitors will be guided to showcase more relevant exhibits; a great atmosphere will be built for project matchmaking talks; and visitors will be attracted directly to the exhibition booths for business talks. Such efforts will enhance the appeal and practical results of the exhibitions at the fair.
