At the invitation of the Investment Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Commerce and the Ambassador of Spain to China (Spain currently holds the EU rotary chairmanship), on January 20, 2010, a delegation from China (Xiamen) International Promotion Center held a briefing in English in Beijing at the 2009 Annual Conference of Chinese and Foreign Investment Promotion Agencies and the Routine Work Conference of EU Commercial Counselors. The delegation included Yuan Yuan, Vice Director of China (Xiamen) International Promotion Center and Vice Director of the Liaison Department of the CIFIT Organizing Committee; Chen Xijin, Vice Director of the Exhibition Department; and Cai Weihua, Assistant to the Director of Liaison Department. The briefing included a Q&A session and received a significant response. The representatives of many organizations present at the briefing expressed interest in CIFIT.
