The 2nd China International Property Investment Fair and the 1st World Chinese Merchants Property Forum are due to open on September 8, 2010 to coincide with the 14th CIFIT.
The upcoming property fair has received an enthusiastic response. To date, six land reserves traders have registered for the fair, including Xiamen Land Development Corporation, Langfang Land Reserves and Supply Center, Suzhou Land Reserves Center, Shandong Wendeng National Land and Resources Bureau, Longyan Wendeng National Land and Resources Bureau, and Qinhuangdao Land Procurement, Reserves and Trading Center. They will unveil more than 600 land plots at the fair. Internationally, UK-based Atkins, the architectural firm that designed the Burj Al-Arab in Dubai, the world’s most luxurious hotel, as well as Caribbean Cayman-based Oasis Property Group, Singapore’s Chengyi Real State Company, Malaysia’s Huiteng Group, and Taiwan’s Land Development Limited, will join hands with two privately run property groups in Xiamen to stage an exhibition of the planned West Taiwan Strait Financial Center. Many Land reserves centers and property developers across China have also signed up for the event.
The 2nd Property Fair will also invite upstream and downstream property enterprises to the event. A comprehensive range of services, including exclusive matchmaking, high-level diaoluge facilitation, and total-process consultancy, will be provided. The fair is set to become an unrivalled platform for publicity, information exchange, one-to-one meeting, and interaction.
