Fujian Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce stated on July 5 that the province will reform the enterprise annual inspection system to execute the review exemption of annual inspection on Taiwanese-funded enterprises.

Based on the Administration, in event one Taiwanese-funded enterprise has no acts in violation of laws and regulations of industrial and commercial administration or poor credit histories for two consecutive years, it shall be exempted from annual inspection every other year upon approval in the wake of application, except those high risk industries covering environmental impact, public security and personal safety.

Vice director of the Administration Huang Peihui said that the review exemption system of annual inspection on Taiwanese-funded enterprises will be executed with qualified Taiwanese-funded enterprises annually inspected every other year, which is an innovation and perfection for the existing annual inspection system and conducive to create a more relaxing environment for the development of enterprises and accordingly promote Taiwanese-funded enterprises to speed up development.
