The “Online CIFIT” officially began trial operations on July 8 after months of intensive R&D and preparations. Jointly operated by the CIFIT and the CIIPP (China International Investment Promotion Platform), the “Online CIFIT” is set to become a never-ending extravaganza for global business promotion. With just a few clicks on www.cifit.cn, people will be able to get a taste of the CIFIT and engage in a vast of range of interactive programs.

The “Online CIFIT” is a strong supplement to the service functions of the conventional CIFIT. It provides brand-new “online booths” and “networking communities” for trade professionals to access information on investment projects and resources worldwide and to locate potential business partners. It’s an offline business platform for the offline on-site exhibitions of the CIFIT.

The “Online CIFIT” currently features online exhibitions, project roadshows, project promotions, real-time communications. So far, 38 CIFIT members, including Guangdong, Fujian, Henan, Shanghai, and the China Association of Development Zones, as well as KMPG China, have open “online booths”, becoming the first online exhibitors. As of July 11, more than 3,400 investment projects have been unveiled online. In coming weeks, “online booths” will also be opened for organizations affiliated with CIFIT members and service functions will be launched for exhibitors and investors.

The “Online CIFIT” provides investors and investment seekers with a brand-new platform to promote investment projects and attract investment. It will start formal operations on September 8, when the 14th CIFIT opens.
