On June 30, the “network convergence” coordination group deliberated and approved such 12 cities as Beijing, Shanghai, Harbin, Dalian and Nanjing as the first batch of “network convergence” pilot cities. “This marks the “network convergence” pilot program has been officially launched.” Zhang said.
