On the evening of 8th September, to celebrate the 14th CIFIT and the 2nd WIF, Xiamen will have its sky decorated with fireworks in Bailuzhou Park. To ensure road safety and control traffic flow and alleviate traffic congestion, a restriction on vehicles will be implemented from 5th to 8th September. 

The details of the traffic control are below:
 
1. From 5th September, vehicles will be banned from driving on the non-motor vehicle lanes on the east of Hubin Xi Road.
 
2. From 16:00 on 8th September, vehicles will be banned from parking at Tianhu Road, Bailuzhou West Park, Bailuzhou Musical Fountain Square, and the parking area around Xiamen People's Hall.  
 
3. From 18:30 on 8th September, vehicles and pedestrians will be banned from entering Hubin Xi Road and Haiwan Park.
 
4. From 18:30 on 8th September, except the vehicles with CIFIT passport, vehicles will be only allowed to run one way from east to west on the session from Hubin Zhong Road intersection to Hubin Xi Road intersection on Hubin Nan Road. Vehicles will also be banned from driving in the area including: east of Haiwan Park, west of Bailuzhou Park, south of Hubin Bei Road and north of Hubin Nan Road.
