The 3rd China International Fair for Investment in Property (CIFIP) will take place at Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center from September 8th to 11th, 2011, coinciding with the 15th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT).

 

CIFIT is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China . Following 14 years of development, CIFIT has become the world’s largest international investment promotion events, and is the unique UFI certified investment event. Each CIFIT draws more than 50,000 domestic and overseas visitors from over 120 countries and regions. At each CIFIT, delegations from more than 60 countries and regions stage exhibitions, and over 1,300 journalists from more than 300domestic and overseas mainstream press institutions provide full coverage.

 

CIFIP will take advantage of the high-end international investment promotion platform provided by CIFIP. CIFIP is based on China while looking to the entire world. It deeply concerns over the market demand and focuses on the industry chain. In line with the economic situation and the industry structure, CIFIP will link up land reserve operating institutions, business promotion bureaus, developers and investors, and provide proactive, effective publicity, information exchange, professional matchmaking, trading promotion, and other platform functions! The 1st and 3rd CIPIF attracted a total of 6000 professional visitors from China and abroad. Nearly 30 land reserve institutions, land developers, 30 hotel management groups and property service institution from North America, Britain, and Australia participated as exhibitors in the 1st and 3rd CIPIF. The exhibition areas are totally over 10000 square meters.
