Instructions on Registration for the 3rd China

International Fair for Investment in Property

Dear Sir or Madam:

You may attend the 3rd China International Fair for Investment in Property(CIFIP) as a professional of the industry. The fees for attendance are RMB 2,000 per person for domestic professionals and USD 300 per person for overseas professionals. Attendees may attend all conference and exhibition events. If your delegation includes a government official on or above the vice mayoral rank, this official may attend the Fair as an invited VIP and exempted from the fees (only this one government official will be exempted from the fees).

1. An attendee will enjoy the following privileges:

1) Access to the comprehensive range of the definitive information on land and property

2) Participation in the 2010 Property Summit Forum

3) Face-to-face talks in project matchmaking symposia and full access to project information

4) Participation in dedicated promotion seminars hosted by the cities

5) Free one-year regular membership of the Property Fair

6) Free postings on the website of the Property Fair and access project information on the website

7) One free copy of Reading Land Special Journal of the China International Fair for Investment in Property(CIFIP)

8) Complimentary refreshments provided by the Fair organizers

1.8 Three complimentary places at the China Property Investment Projects Matchmaking Symposium.

2. Discounts

☆ A 15% discount is provided for an attendee who registers and pays the fees before May 31, and a 20% discount is provided for registration of a group of three;

☆ A 10% discount is provided for an attendee who registers and pays the fees before June 31, and a 15% discount is provided for registration of a group of three;

☆ A 5% discount is provided for an attendee who registers and pays the fees before July 31, and a 10% discount is provided for registration of a group of three.

3. Cancellation and Replacement

If an attendee who has registered and paid the attendance fees is unable to attend the Fair and wishes to cancel his or her registration, he or she should notify the Organizing Committee in writing before August 25, and the Organizing Committee will provide a 50% refund of the attended fees. After August 26, no refund can be provided, but the attendee may have a replacement. Personal information on the replacement should be submitted to the Organizing Committee five days before the Fair.

4. Fair Collaborators and Supporters

The collaborators and supporters of the Fair are the most valuable supporting force for the Fair. The Fair organizers will provide the collaborators and supports with opportunities to engage in close dialogues with VIPs and business leaders and with preferential membership terms and promotions.
