Information Services
Services available:
•  A PC for latest information inquiry is provided at the information desk at the entrance to each exhibition hall.
•  A touch-screen computer is provided at the registration site of designated hotels, the first floor of exhibition center, and registration center for self-help inquiry of CIFIT information.
•  CIFIT SMS service: Send short message “CIFIT” to 950066 by mobile phone to acquire: latest news, schedule arrangement, major activities, Exhibition Hall arrangement and contact number of the Fair. Reception of such SMS is free of charge.
•  Supporting services rooms located on both the left and right hand sides of the first floor lobby are for post office, telecommunication, airline service, etc.
•  Broadcasting room located on the rear side of Exhibition Hall D is for broadcasting notifications and information.

Catering Services
Services available:
•  A catering center (Nanhaiyucun Restaurant) located to the southeast of the Exhibition Center provides fast food and set meals.
•  Ten beverage rooms on the first floor of exhibition hall offer beverages, snacks and potable water
•  A catering center is located in the basement of Hall C of the exhibition hall
